Cancel Constantfloat+
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Constantfloat+. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. You keep Plus until that period ends.
Restore a purchase
In the app, tap the profile icon at the top right, then Settings › See + › Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Delete your account
In the app, tap the profile icon, then Settings › Delete account. This removes your account and your notes from our servers. It can't be undone. If you have Constantfloat+, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play as well; deleting the account does not stop the subscription.
Can't open the app? Email support@soristory.com with "Delete my Constant Float account" and we'll delete your account and notes within 30 days.
Where your notes go
Your notes are private to you. To write your daily thought and weekly poem, they are processed on our servers and by our AI providers, Google and Anthropic. They are never shared or used for ads. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
